Au sein de ce groupe mondial vous serez rattaché à la banque d'investissements et de marchés (Equity Derivatives), en particulier au département informatique de la Salle des Marchés Produits Structurés & Dérivés sur Actions.
Vous intégrerez l'équipe IT en charge du développement des composants et services de gestion des produits, des transactions et de leur cycle de vie :
o Développement de la nouvelle plateforme Equity Derivatives en Kotlin
o Utilisation de la plateforme de pricing afin de gérer le cycle de vie des produits financiers
o Développement et support des différents composants de booking et de lifecycle management dans le cadre de notre nouvelle architecture utilisant une base MongoDB / PostgreSQL
o Développement d'outils DevOps (intégration, déploiement, etc.) et d'outils de test
L'équipe EQD IT répartie entre Paris, l'Inde et la Chine, a une responsabilité globale (Paris, Londres, Hong Kong, New-York) et travaille donc dans un contexte international.
La mission se déroulera en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes business Equities de HSBC.
Rôle :
Team Lead / Tech Lead :
o Vous aurez la charge d'une équipe de développeurs.
o Vous participerez au design, à l'implémentation et validation des développements dans les nouvelles applications internes de l'entreprise ainsi qu'à leur intégration dans le système d'information.
o Vous serez responsable de la mise en place des tests unitaires, de la documentation et de l'implémentation.
Prérequis :
o Maîtrise de l'anglais obligatoire.
o Expertise dans le développement Kotlin.
o Bonne connaissance du Java.
o Expérience dans la gestion d'équipe.
o Maîtrise du design de code et de l'architecture applicative notamment dans le cloud.
o Capacité à proposer une vision différente et innovante.
o Passionné par le développement.
o Organisé(e), rigoureux(se), motivé(s), bonnes qualités relationnelles.
o Bonne capacité d'analyse, autonome et proactif(ve).
o Expérience dans un domaine fonctionnel similaire (Dérivés Actions) appréciée.
