La première école francilienne de management, ASCENCIA BUSINESS SCHOOL LA DEFENSE - COLLEGE DE PARIS, recherche un alternant sur un Bachelor Négociateur d'affaires B2B pour une de ses entreprises partenaires sur un poste Responsable des Relations Clients B to B Alternance (H/F)

Servir de principal point de contact pour nos clients B to B, en répondant à leurs questions, en résolvant leurs problèmes et en répondant à leurs besoins de manière proactive.
Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients existants, en comprenant leurs besoins et en anticipant leurs attentes.
Prospecter de nouveaux clients potentiels et présenter nos produits et services de manière convaincante pour générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour assurer une livraison et un service client efficaces et cohérents.
Suivre les tendances du marché et les comportements des clients pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et contribuer à l'élaboration de stratégies de fidélisation.
Préparer des rapports réguliers sur les performances des relations clients et proposer des recommandations pour améliorer les processus et les résultats.

Profil recherché :

Fortes compétences en communication et en négociation, avec une capacité à établir des relations de confiance avec les clients.
Capacité démontrée à résoudre les problèmes et à traiter les situations délicates de manière professionnelle.
Orienté(e) résultats, avec une passion pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs fixés.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion de la relation client (CRM).
