- Categorizing and identifying targets and sales leads
- Building, planning, managing and tracking sales pipeline
- Executing and hitting targets through calls and emails o Customer research using web tools and internal systems o Coordinating customer satisfaction through calls and surveys
- Liaising with customer satisfaction, researching and disseminating useful data related to target groups
- Reviewing and reporting customer needs and feedback
- Optimizing and enabling effective decision making by retrieving and analyzing relevant data Your Background and Skills:
- Bachelor in Business or any other field related
- Ideally you have knowledge of basic principles and practices of sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective negotiation skills to create an impact on the company performance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new concepts
- Attention to details and directions
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Fluent in English is mandatory; French or other languages are desirable Starting date: Immediately Type of contract: Full time (3-6 months)
