Description du poste :

Au sein de la division Electrification de Vitesco Technologies, vous intègrerez l'équipe Achats Avancés basée à Toulouse. Vous supportez l'équipe dans ses activités quotidiennes et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec divers services internes (projets, qualité, logistique, ventes, controlling). Vous participerez ainsi activement à l'acquisition de nouveaux business ainsi qu'au développement pour des projets génériques ou applicatifs.

Missions :

Depuis la phase d'appel d'offre jusqu'à la mise en production des projets, vous supporterez l'acheteur avancé dans ses responsabilités :

  • Chiffrage et mise à jour de coûts matières (BOM) des produits.
  • Lancement et suivi des appels d'offre pour les composants électroniques/mécaniques, de la définition des besoins du projet à la nomination des fournisseurs.
  • Identification et suivi des risques liés aux composants (géopolitique, naturel, financier, ...)
  • Vérification du niveau d'obsolescence de composants.

Profil souhaité :

  • Master Ecole de commerce ou Ingénieur généraliste
  • Organisation, rigueur, esprit de curiosité
  • Bonne communication
  • Anglais courant (B2 minimum)
  • Maîtrise du Pack Office
