Nous recherchons pour notre site de Vitré en Bretagne, un Ingénieur Développement pour le développement de nouveaux produits innovants pour l'identification animale.

Description

En tant qu'Ingénieur Développement vous aurez en charge la création de produits nouveaux et innovants depuis l'idéation jusqu'à l'industrialisation

La responsabilité inclut les modifications et améliorations des produits existants et il est attendu que vous établirez et maintiendrez des relations de sous-traitance afin d'augmenter la capacité d'exécution.

Vous traiterez les problématiques associées aux demandes d'agrément. Vous tiendrez à jour la documentation technique et serez activement impliqué dans la veille technologique des produits concurrents et des process.

L'ingénieur développement est force de proposition afin de réduire le temps de mise sur le marché et du temps de développement, de production et des coûts.

Vous participerez au processus d'homologation des nouveaux produits

Le poste implique de nombreuses interactions avec divers services au niveau du groupe (achats, production, Industrialisation, Qualité...)

Profil

  • Ingénieur mécanique et/ou plasturgiste
  • Expérience dans un département R&D, idéalement dans les très grandes séries
  • Expérience dans le management de plusieurs projets en simultané, sous-traitants en parallèle.
  • Expérience dans le développement de produits multi-matériaux (Plastique, métal, verre...)
  • Expérience dans une entreprise multiculturelle.
  • Expérience en spécifications techniques de produits et demandes de solution.
  • Excellente compétence technique avec le désir d'aller dans le détail afin d'atteindre les besoins client
  • A l'aise avec AMDEC, Analyse fonctionnelle, Lean, 8D
  • Habitué de la CAO (idéalement Solid Edge)
  • Bonne communication verbale et écrite
  • Français et Anglais technique impératif (oral/ecrit)

Savoir faire

  • Connaissance de la simulation numérique
  • Connaissances des matières plastiques, de la mécanique
  • Expérience dans le marquage, marquage à chaud, gravures
  • Expérience dans le moulage de grandes séries
  • Expérience dans le moule TPU
  • Expérience dans le milieu agricole ou santé animale.

As a 'Development Engineer" you will oversee the creation of new and innovative product lines from the initial ideation cycle through to complete development cycle and industrialization.

The responsibility includes modifications and improvements of existing identification products, and it is expected that you will establish and maintain contractor relations to increase the capacity of execution.

You will resolve issues regarding the agreement compliances. You will be responsible for keeping all the technical information current as well as being an active contributor in watching the competition and keeping up with new processes.

The Development Engineer is also a source of proposals contributing to the reduction of the time to market and the reduction of development, and production, costs.

You participate in the compliance and the homologation of the new products.

This position involves interactions with several departments globally including, , Purchasing, Production, Industrialization, Quality.

Key requirements

  • Mechanical and/or Plastic Engineer.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D department, ideally in high series productions,
  • Demonstrated experience of leading multiple projects, subcontractors, in parallel
  • Demonstrated experience with developing products with multiple elements & materials (plastic + metal + Glass
  • Experience working with multi-national cultural environment
  • Experience in documenting product specifications and solutions requirements
  • Strong technical competence with ability to dive into small details to properly balance product attributes with customer needs
  • Experienced with the FMECA, Functional analysis, Lean, 8D, methodologies.
  • Familiar with CAD design (ideally with Solid Edge).
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent French and technical orientated English
