The Head of International Travel Partnerships will play a pivotal and transversal role in strengthening our Global Partnerships franchise along the value chain of business development, with a prime focus on 'market development' and also deep continued involvement during the phases of RFP, Lead Conversion & Delivery until go live. After go live, global interests on the account will also be overseen and optimized across frontiers.

Your responsabilities will be to:

Build and deepen relationships with local sales to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Target, identify and prospect potential stakeholders (eg prescribers) related to this segment, like GDS's, Tech Companies, Payment ProviderHelp support the creation compelling content and collateral to support sales efforts, including presentations, case studies, and sales enablement materials.Track and analyze engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement.Provide guidance and support to sales teams to optimize customer interactions and drive revenue growthDevelop sales engagement strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management.Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to align engagement strategies with business goals.Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform engagement strategies and stay ahead of the curve.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress, insights, and recommendations.Being Ambassador of AXA Partners Global Travel Insurance value proposition (Standardization, Customer Conduct, ...).Being POC of Global Travel Insurance internally & externally.Accountable of the "shadow" Global P&L to insure profitable growth (prime P&L is at country level)Build and lead an International Travel Partnerships teamYour Profile
Experience of operating within product governance & management structureExperience of designing and delivering growth strategiesExperience of managing people and developing high-performance teamsProven track record of delivering incremental product improvements & innovationsProven track record of achieving product targets within a financial service environmentDetailed understanding of the compliance and regulatory landscapeGood understanding of customer behaviour and is comfortable with providing insight to develop business performance. Market research analysis would also be a bonus.Strong collaboration / interpersonal skills, with excellent presentation skillsStrong research skills and the ability to evaluate internal and external information
