Ihre Aufgaben
  • Implementierung der internationalen H&S-Standards (Verfahren und Arbeitsanweisungen) in Übereinstimmung der H&S-Unternehmenspolitik
  • Identifizierung, Kenntnis und Auslegung der geltenden Arbeitsschutzvorschriften und Sicherstellung der vollständigen Einhaltung dieser
  • Erstellung, Planung und Verwaltung von relevanten H&S-Dokumenten beispielsweise H&S Risikobewertungen, Schulungen und Aktionspläne
  • Beratung des Managements und Mitarbeitenden bezüglich Arbeitsschutzes
  • Analyse (tatsächlicher und potenzieller) Arbeitsschutzvorfälle (Registrierung, Meldung, Untersuchung, Aktionsplan und Folgemaßnahmen)
  • Durchführung interner Sicherheitsinspektionen
  • Hauptansprechpartner für Aufsichtsbehörden und andere externe Interessengruppen im Bereich Heath and Safety
Ihr Profil
  • Studienabschluss und/oder einschlägige Ausbildung/Weiterbildung, z. B. in den Bereichen Gesundheits- und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse in ähnlicher Tätigkeit; vorzugsweise erworben in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS Office Pakets
  • Ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Hands-on-Mentalität und Vorbildfunktion
  • Sorgfältiger und zuverlässiger Arbeitsstil, Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
  • Sehr gute Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse
