En tant que membre clé de la nouvelle direction cybersécurité interne du groupe, vous rejoindrez une équipe d'experts dédiés à la sécurisation du système d'information interne d'Inetum.
Description du poste :
Le Head of Cyber for Business sera responsable de la stratégie et de la mise en œuvre du processus outillé de l'intégration de la cybersécurité dans les projets que nous délivrons pour nos clients. En collaborant étroitement avec les départements commerciaux et techniques, le réseau des CISO d'Area et des correspondants cybersécurité sur les projets, le titulaire du poste sera garant de la prise en compte des exigences de sécurité sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des prestations.
Responsabilités :
- S'assurer que les exigences de sécurité des clients sont intégrées pendant le cycle de vie d'un service/projet. Il comprend (préventes, BUCO, implémentation, run, réversibilité)
- Avec le support des équipes Risques/Conformité, et Cyber Operations & Services, maintenir la cohérence des exigences de sécurité avec les différents ISMS (ISO27001) dans les pays et autres réglementations.
- Relations : piloter et animer la communauté des CISO d'Area, des CISO des business Lines et Correspondants Cybersécurité Projets autour de l'exécution du processus d'intégration de la sécurité dans les projets clients. Entretenir une relation de confiance avec les CISO des clients.
- S'assurer que le processus est suffisamment outillé (Plan d'assurance sécurité, outil de gestion des périmètres de conformité clients, etc...) et proposer des améliorations au regard des évolutions des exigences et des réglementations.
- Définir les KPI pour évaluer l'efficacité du processus de gestion des exigences de sécurité des clients (avec le support de l'équipe Cyber O&S).
- Contribuer activement à la résolution d'incident de sécurité sur un projet client.
Profil
Profil :
- Diplôme universitaire en informatique, sécurité informatique ou dans un domaine connexe
- Expérience avérée dans un rôle de leadership en cybersécurité dans un contexte orienté business. Une connaissance multisectorielle est un atout (banque, finance, défense, énergie, télécom, ...)
- Capacité à travailler en transverse sur l'ensemble d'une organisation
- Maitrise de la démarche de sécurisation d'un projet client ainsi que du traitement d'exigences cybersécurité afférentes dans des contextes de projets d'envergure à haut niveau d'exigences de sécurité.
- Capacité à élaborer et à mettre en œuvre des stratégies efficaces de protection des données et des systèmes.
- Compétences avancées en communication et en gestion d'équipe.
- Maîtrise des réglementations et des normes de cybersécurité pertinentes. La connaissance d'ISO 27001 ou d'un référentiel équivalent est obligatoire.
- L'anglais est impératif pour réussir sur ce poste.
