Our mission is to empower companies embedding card payment features in their day-to-day operations in a few days. Wallester already has 3000+ corporate clients and millions of turnover across all of Europe. We expand quickly and recently opened a brand new office in the French Riviera. We are looking for talents to join us, achieve great success, and internationalize our team and partner portfolio. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for our Growth & Lead Generation Dept to drive growth and lead our team to success.

As the Team Lead, you will oversee a team of BDRs, ensuring they meet their targets and drive revenue growth through the sourcing and the acquisition of new clients. You will also play a pivotal role in scaling our Wallester Business Card solution and White-label card payment solution offerings and optimizing the business development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BDR.
    • Set and monitor individual and team performance goals.
    • Provide coaching and training to enhance team members' skills and productivity.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.
  2. Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to scale Wallester Business and White-label card payment solutions.
    • Identify target markets and key business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with different departments to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  3. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition
    • Oversee the team's lead generation efforts to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
    • Engage with potential high-value clients, presenting our white-label payment solutions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  4. Performance Tracking and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance.
    • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve sales processes and strategies.
  5. Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
    • Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions and market trends.
    • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in fintech or payment solutions, particularly with white-label card payment products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in scaling business operations and managing large prospects portfolios.
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and technology-driven sales.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and advanced sales techniques.
  • Understanding of the financial technology landscape and payments.
  • Fluent in French and English.
