As the Team Lead, you will oversee a team of BDRs, ensuring they meet their targets and drive revenue growth through the sourcing and the acquisition of new clients. You will also play a pivotal role in scaling our Wallester Business Card solution and White-label card payment solution offerings and optimizing the business development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BDR.
- Set and monitor individual and team performance goals.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance team members' skills and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to scale Wallester Business and White-label card payment solutions.
- Identify target markets and key business opportunities.
- Collaborate with different departments to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Lead Generation and Client Acquisition
- Oversee the team's lead generation efforts to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Engage with potential high-value clients, presenting our white-label payment solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve sales processes and strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions and market trends.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in fintech or payment solutions, particularly with white-label card payment products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in scaling business operations and managing large prospects portfolios.
- Knowledge of SaaS business models and technology-driven sales.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and advanced sales techniques.
- Understanding of the financial technology landscape and payments.
- Fluent in French and English.
