Poste : Vos domaines de responsabilité Dans votre rôle de Senior Key Account Manager France / Maghreb et Afrique francophone, vous gérerez, en coopération avec notre Key Account Manager actuel, notre Key Account/GRT et développerez de nouveaux grands comptes et de nouvelles opportunités sur tous les aspects et à tous les niveaux afin de sécuriser nos affaires avec eux. Les autres tâches sont les suivantes :

- Identifier, développer et concrétiser les pistes existantes et nouvelles (GRT, GRD, développeurs, solaire, batterie, hydrogène, services publics privés, EPC, grandes industries), des clients, des services supplémentaires, etc. pour les produits Haute Tension CA et CC souterrain et sous-marins
- Développer et renforcer les relations à long terme avec nos clients clés, en particulier notre compte clé/GRT, à tous les niveaux
- Elaborer des études de marché
- Participer, avec notre KAM FR actuel à la définition, au déploiement de la stratégie de développement commercial couvrant : les clients clés et les marchés/régions prioritaires, afin d'atteindre les objectifs clés de l'entreprise et de renforcer le positionnement régional de NKT
- Exécuter le Business Plan en collaboration avec notre Senior KAM FR actuel et d'autres départements (HVAC & HVDC On- et Offshore, Commercial & Tender, Exécution Projet, Business Développement, Gestion Produits, Stratégie, Juridique, etc.)

- Avoir une Licence ou un Master universitaire en Marketing et Vente, et/ou en Ingénierie Electrique
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente et/ou les ventes internationales
- Expérience dans le secteur de l'énergie électrique ou du pétrole et du gaz, ou dans l'industrie (OEM, énergies renouvelables,) est un plus
- Utilisateur expérimenté de MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Français (langue maternelle) et anglais courant au niveau professionnel (communication interne quotidienne uniquement en anglais), autre langue bienvenue
- Esprit d'équipe et bonnes compétences en matière de communication et de présentation
- Autonome (100% home office), très flexible, adaptable à différentes cultures et marchés, créatif et empathique.
