Your Mission
As our new Sales Manager you will be part of the Sales organization and report to the Head of Sales of Baltics. You will play a pivotal role in our sales team working towards capturing opportunities in the thriving and expansive Latvian market.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive new sales and upsales. You will together with the Head of Sales have a crucial role in expanding the supply side offering in the Latvia.

Core Responsibilities

    • Proactively prospect and engage with key decisionmakers to drive business growth.
    • Manage prospects and clients to build and nurture relationships.
    • Manage the complete sales and upselling process from initial contact to deal closure onboarding.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery for clients.
    • Maintain accurate uptodate sales records and routinely update the CRM system.
    • Stay inform about the Latvian public procurement market using industry insights to fuels sales strategies and growth.

Required Qualifications

    • Strong experience (ideally 23 years) in sales and high drive for results.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Fluent in Latvian language and English.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience from highvelocity sales.
    • Knowledge of the public procurement market in the Latvian is highly desirable.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Proficient time management and organizational skills.
