Description du poste
Notre client recrute actuellement un Analyste Financier Senior pour sa Direction Financière Europe.

Véritable business partner, vous participerez activement au développement du Groupe. Au sein de l'équipe financière européenne et dans un environnement international (US et Europe), vous aurez notamment pour rôle de :
  • Définir et déployer la structure de reporting Groupe dans le cadre des projets de transformation finance,
  • Agir en tant que véritable business partner auprès de l'ensemble des filiales du Groupe,
  • Assurer la revue de la performance mensuelle et garantir sa restitution à la Direction Générale et Actionnaires,
  • Contribuer à la bonne intégration des acquisitions (implémentation des process Groupe et suivi de leur performance),
  • Innover et proposer de nouveaux axes d'analyses/process et les porter auprès de la Direction Finance (Europe et filiales).


Profil recherché
  • Licence minimum en administration des affaires ou équivalent avec au moins 4 ans d'expérience à un poste financier,
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais,
  • De solides compétences en Microsoft Excel sont indispensables (la connaissance de Onestream serait un plus),
  • Flexible et ouvert d'esprit, capable de conduire le changement et de gérer des délais serrés,
  • Agile, doté d'un bon esprit critique et capable de prendre du recul pour donner du sens à vos analyses, vous êtes attiré par un contexte mouvant et une envie permanente d'améliorer l'existant,
  • Vous savez structurer et prendre des initiatives.
