Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Paris. This hybrid role requires fluency in both French and English, and a deep understanding of French employment rules. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in organizing team meetings, ensuring employee satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings to foster communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with French employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with DeepLife's values and goals.
  • Promote overall happiness and well-being within the team.
  • Collaborate with management to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of French employment rules and regulations.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in a scale-up/start-up environment.
  • Experience working in an International environment
  • Experience in a scientific or ecommerce company is a plus, but not required.
