Job Description:

As a Managing Director in the TMT sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the firm's TMT division. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and executing TMT transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships within the TMT sector.
  • Developing and mentoring a high-performing team of junior bankers and analysts.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic initiatives to expand the firm's presence in the TMT market.
  • Collaborating with other senior executives to drive the overall growth strategy of the firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end transaction processes, including deal origination, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry experts.
  • Provide strategic advice and insights to clients, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting professional development and growth.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in investment banking, with a strong focus on the TMT sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully originating and executing TMT transactions.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of the TMT market.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
