Le “Technical Support Supervisor” est chargé de résoudre les problèmes techniques et d'entretenir des relations solides avec les partenaires et les utilisateurs finaux tout en assurant une prestation de services de haute qualité et en respectant les obligations en matière de garantie et d'accords de niveau de service (SLA).
Principales tâches et responsabilités
-Fournir une analyse approfondie des causes profondes des problèmes techniques signalés, recommander des mesures correctives et mettre à jour les processus et les procédures ;
-Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients et obtenir une satisfaction totale sur les questions techniques et de RMA ;
-Répondre aux problèmes techniques soulevés par les partenaires et les utilisateurs finaux de manière opportune et efficace, tout en veillant à ce que les dossiers entrants soient correctement classés par ordre de priorité ;
-Assurer une communication constante et efficace avec les fournisseurs désignés afin d'obtenir un soutien complet sur les questions techniques liées à l'équipement et aux fournitures du produit ;
-Entretenir des relations solides avec d'autres services internes ;
-Appliquer des contrôles de qualité sur les activités de travail afin de garantir la haute qualité du travail fourni ;
-Respecter toutes les obligations en matière de garantie et d'accords de niveau de service et s'assurer de leur conformité ;
-Assurer la disponibilité des pièces de rechange conformément aux obligations de garantie et de SLA ;
-S'assurer que les contrats d'assistance des fournisseurs sont corrects et actifs conformément aux obligations en matière de garantie et d'accords de niveau de service
-Superviser et entretenir les réseaux et les serveurs et fournir une assistance informatique aux utilisateurs finaux ;
-Mettre à niveau, installer et configurer de nouvelles solutions matérielles et logicielles ;
-Promouvoir, travailler et diriger conformément aux règles et réglementations communiquées par les fournisseurs et Midis Group.
Formation Licence en informatique ou tout autre domaine connexe dans le domaine des technologies de l'information
