APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER (M/F)
Ce poste est à pourvoir à temps plein, bénéficie du flexitime et est éligible au télétravail.
L'embauche est définitive à la suite d'une période de stage rémunérée de 2 ans, comprenant des formations et des évaluations.
Votre mission :
- Vous assurez l'application lifecycle des applications CFL (maintenance opérationnelle, évolution, performance)
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les différents services, filiales CFL, partenaires et fournisseurs des applications métier et garantissez la qualité de service auprès des clients
- Vous organisez et coordonnez le handover des applications avec les chefs/cheffes de projets, en étroite collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes
- Vous assurez l'organisation du support applicatif avant les go-live ou mise en production de nouvelles applications, fonctionnalités ou évolutions
- Vous assurez et coordonnez le support applicatif de façon transversale dans certains cas spécifiques, pour les applications du système d'information des CFL.
- Vous participez activement au process de définition des SLAs d'applications informatiques
- Vous participez activement au niveau des crises IT (rupture de service des applications critiques)
- Vous assurez le diagnostic et résolution/contournement des incidents dans la matière et garantissez la traçabilité des incidents
- Vous remontez les informations budgétaires des applications au chef de Division dans le cadre de la construction budgétaire
- Vous participez activement aux phases de tests et de qualification des produits
- Vous rédigez les documentations techniques qui alimentent la base de connaissances de la société et vous maintenez à jour les informations de vos applications dans le Software Asset Manager
- Vous coordonnez le paramétrage et l'installation des solutions
- Vous participez à l'astreinte de façon régulière pour les applications critiques
Votre profil :
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelor en Informatique ou en Gestion de Systèmes Informatiques
- Vous avez au moins 3 années d'expérience récentes et significatives dans le support applicatif (technique / métier) niveau 2
- Vous maîtrisez les langues française et anglaise tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. La maîtrise de la langue luxembourgeoise ou allemande constitue un avantage
- Vous disposez d'une bonne compréhension technique du fonctionnement d'un système informatique multi-tier ainsi que du fonctionnement du système d'information au sens général
- Vous savez prioriser les tâches et travailler de manière structurée
- Vous avez une bonne résistance au stress et avez des notions de gestion de projet
- Vous jouissez d'une grande autonomie ainsi que d'un esprit d'initiative
- Vous avez un esprit d'équipe et êtes toujours à l'écoute des différents intervenants
- Vous faites preuve d'une réelle orientation client et savez faire preuve de discrétion
- Vous avez la nationalité d'un pays membre de l'Union Européenne.
