The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.  YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES: Within the Group, you will join the AXA SA Risk Management department under the responsibility of AXA SA Deputy Chief Risk Officer acting as the second line of defense for all AXA SA activities (Corporate, Financial Holding, Reinsurance) as well as GIE AXA services, coordinating with all key expert functions within GIE AXA.Within this Department, you will be part of the Operational Risk & Internal Control team reporting to Operational Risk & Internal Control Manager, in charge of monitoring AXA SA and GIE AXA operational risks and provide assurance on internal control framework effectiveness to the top management.As Operational & Information Risk Expert within the Operational Risk & Internal Control team, you will be responsible for :Managing AXA SA / GIE AXA Operational Risk Framework and Operational Short-Term Economic Capital (STEC OP) production for AXA SA in collaboration with other experts in the team :Planning and conducting Operational Risk assessment with AXA SA / GIE AXA operational teams and reporting in Group tool (SCALA)Quarterly risk monitoring : collection of loss data, incidents and local Key Risk IndicatorsDesigning key risks scenarios, updating assumptions with operational teams and processing calculation in Group tool (Phoenix) in line with Group guidelinesPerforming aggregation process to establish diversified STEC OPPerforming validation tests required by Group (e.g. sensitivity tests)Reporting to risk committeeManaging Information Risk Management (IRM) framework in collaboration with key GIE expert teams (IT, Information Security, Operational resilience, Data Privacy…):Monitoring and reporting on key information risks indicators for AXA SA and GIE AXA as well as Risk Appetite (Cyber, IT Outage…)Monitoring risks related to top Technology projects, contributing to second opinions on key projects when requiredFollowing up on action plan established with Group IRM recommendationsLead Internal Control activity related to IRM scope contributing to AXA SA and GIE AXA Internal Control Programme :Monitoring performance and reporting of key controls by 1st line managers in Group tool (SCALA)Leading Internal Control independent reviews to assess controls design and operating effectivenessEnsuring coverage of key information risks by controls in line with Group Control ObjectivesMonitoring Internal Control deficiencies to ensure adequacy of action plans and escalation when requiredActing as Operational & Information Risk Management Practice referent for AXA SA and GIE AXA, participating to Group communities and sharing best practices / methodology updates with the teamSpread Operational & Information Risk culture across the organization and improve management understanding of their risksYOUR PROFILE Technical and professional skillsEducational background: Master degree (BAC+5) in Business Administration or equivalent, specializing in Risk Management and Technology5 to 7 years’ experience in operational / information risk management and / or IT audit risk practice, ideally in financial services and insurance and/or reinsuranceKnowledge of DORA, GDPR and / or AI concepts is a plusProject management certification (or proven capacities)Fluent in FrenchProficient in English (B2 level at least both in writing and speaking)Soft skillsProven high reliability, quality and timeliness of deliverablesAbility to work autonomously as well as in a teamOrganizational skillsAbility to interact with a wide range of correspondents at various levels of management including regulators and auditorsProficient writing and communicating skills (delivery of presentations, documentations)Ability to build strong relationships and business partnering WHY JOIN US You will join:A responsible company, towards people, including its employees and customers, and towards the planet A company with strong valuesA company promoting internal mobility and the training of its employeesA company offering many benefits (learn more here: Reward & Benefits | AXA Group)A flexible company, allowing hybrid work, in the office and from home.In line with our commitments, we celebrate each new hire by taking action for global reforestation: we plant a tree for every recruitment.
