(1) Manage on day to day basis the Permanent Control Framework in order to provide on a regular basis:
i. Support to control owners to ensure about efficiency of control performance

ii. A reliable and up-to-date assessment of the effectiveness of key controls

iii. The status of actions contributing to control improvement

(2) Ensure effective coordination and support to departments to guarantee a consistent implementation of the Permanent Control framework across the company (3) Contribute to the enhancement of Permanent Control methodology

(4) Set up annual plan and ensure about its proper achievement

(5) Maintain the system in which controls’ results are captured

(6) Report to appropriate stakeholders (regulators, internal governance bodies) about control framework efficiency

(7) Act as a team leader on the permanent control and operational risk scope

Overall Business Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of control framework for financial services environment (internal control, audit, operational risk)
- Regulatory knowledge (CRBF, AMF, EMIR,...)
- Trading, Clearing, Settlement and Custody processes for various kind of financial products
- Overall knowledge : Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Risk Management

Qualifications & Experience:

- Relevant previous experience, ideally in Financial Services
- Previous stakeholder management and leadership experience
