Rattaché(e) au CEO, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
* Recrutement : PILOTAGE DU RECRUTEMENT DE PROFILS DIVERS en ajustant la stratégie pour attirer les meilleurs talents.
* Relations Écoles : Vous établissez des PARTENARIATS SOLIDES AVEC LES ÉCOLES et participez à des événements clés pour promouvoir notre entreprise et attirer de nouveaux talents.
* Marque Employeur : Vous mettez en oeuvre des TECHNIQUES DE RECRUTEMENT INNOVANTES et renforcez la marque employeur pour attirer et fidéliser les meilleurs profils.
* Onboarding : Vous assurez une intégration optimale des nouveaux salariés en leur offrant une EXPÉRIENCE COLLABORATEUR POSITIVE dès leur premier jour.
* Carrière : Vous suivez l'ÉVOLUTION DES SALARIÉS, en veillant à ce que leurs attentes et celles du poste soient en adéquation. Vous définissez et animez le processus de GESTION DE LA PERFORMANCE ET
RÉMUNÉRATION pour garantir le développement des talents et leur
progression au sein de l'entreprise.
* Coaching : Vous conseillez les Managers dans les problématiques RH.
* Formation : Vous identifiez les compétences clés par poste.
* Administratif : Gestion ADMINISTRATIVE DU PERSONNEL et gestion de la PAIE.
De formation SUPÉRIEURE EN RESSOURCES HUMAINES, vous justifiez
impérativement d'expériences significatives dans un environnement
international (4/8 ans).
LA MAITRISE DE L'ESPAGNOL ET L'ANGLAIS EST INDISPENSABLE.
Doté(e) d'un fort esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, votre rigueur
et votre méthode vous permettent d'être rapidement
opérationnel(le).
Réactif(ve), autonome et motivé(e), vous savez gérer les priorités
et appréciez le travail en équipe.
