What will you be doing?

As the Bid Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of French and international tenders. You will be responsible for driving high-quality submissions that demonstrate the company’s market-leading capabilities. More specifically, you will:

  • Monitor and identify relevant French and international tenders.
  • Lead the coordination and preparation of tender responses, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Develop and write compelling content in both French and English, while also leveraging existing resources.
  • Collect and organize all necessary documentation for submissions.
  • Analyze the outcomes of both successful and unsuccessful bids to improve future performance.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to gather commercial and technical insights.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, contributing to a motivated and inspired workplace.

The ideal candidate is a successful and determined professional who brings expertise in procurement processes, excellent writing skills, and strong organizational abilities. You’ll have:

  • A deep understanding of public and private procurement methods.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to respond creatively to client needs.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written French and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Knowledge of the maritime industries (marine renewable energies, fisheries, ports).
  • Familiarity with environmental impact assessments, passive acoustic monitoring, remote electronic monitoring, and SaaS products used within maritime industries.
  • A motivated mindset, ready to continuously learn and improve.
