Job Title: Bid Manager

Location: France (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team at Executive Integrity | B Corp®. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our French and international tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and identify relevant French and international tenders to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Lead the coordination and preparation of tender responses, leveraging existing resources and developing compelling content in both French and English.
  • Collect and organize all necessary documentation for submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Analyze the outcomes of both successful and unsuccessful bids to improve future performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to gather commercial and technical insights, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a motivated and inspired workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of public and private procurement methods, with expertise in procurement processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to respond creatively to client needs, with excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written French and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Knowledge of the maritime industries, including marine renewable energies, fisheries, and ports.
  • Familiarity with environmental impact assessments, passive acoustic monitoring, remote electronic monitoring, and SaaS products used within maritime industries.
  • Motivated mindset, ready to continuously learn and improve, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
