Hybrid working - 3 days office/2 days smart working



Our client is one of Europe's fastest-growing digital infrastructure companies. Due to this growth, they require a senior level French qualified lawyer to join the Paris team. To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 8 years PQE and a combination of Corporate and Real Estate Law experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Review and draft commercial real estate agreements (lease, purchase, etc) and establish the conditions agreed with the different parties ensuring they comply with the Compliance guidelines
  • Draft services agreements, telecom hosting agreements and support operational staff in charge of Sales and Leases
  • Serves as a liaison with external lawyers
  • Prepare corporate documents per the companies’ bylaws and shareholders’ agreements
  • Performs and coordinates notarial and registry procedures,


The ideal candidate:

  • A qualified French Lawyer with a minimum of 8 years relative post-qualified experience
  • Corporate and Real Estate Legal experience is an absolute must-have
  • Bilingual (French and English fluent)
  • Knowledge of local regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
