Accor Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join its team in France. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and support to the company's operations in France and other European countries.
Main Responsibilities:- Drafting and negotiating legal documents and contracts, including hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, and services agreements.
- Providing advice on all legal issues related to the field of activity and drafting summary notes.
- Management and monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation disputes.
- Advice to operational and support services on issues related to contract law.
- Training and raising awareness of operational staff/support on legal and operational issues.
- Participation in projects and working groups across the Hub.
- Law Master's degree in France, Master on (international) business law is a plus.
- First experience wished in similar legal positions in multinational companies and/or external law firms.
- Experience in hospitality industry and/or Franchise network is a plus.
- Strong understanding in commercial law; Hotel Management Contract / Franchise.
- Knowledge of Business & Franchise laws.
- Business acumen, business-oriented practice.
- Developed negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
Remote work: up to 2 days per week. Workplace: Evry, with the possibility of working occasionally from our other headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
