NOUS RECHERCHONS UN PROFIL CHASSEUR, SOLIDE SUR LE TERRAIN, DOTÉ D'UN RÉSEAU RETAIL ACTIF DANS LA BEAUTÉ/COSMÉTIQUE. VOS MISSIONS DÉVELOPPEMENT COMMERCIAL INTERNATIONAL ·         Prospecter et ouvrir de nouveaux comptes B2B retail en Europe. ·         Construire et sécuriser des partenariats stratégiques. ·         Développer le CA via acquisition et fidélisation. PILOTAGE PROJETS FULL SERVICE ·         Transformer les besoins clients en concepts et gammes exclusives. ·         Coordonner les équipes internes (R&D, marketing, supply, réglementaire) jusqu'au lancement. ·         Garantir conformité, qualité et respect des délais. STRATÉGIE & REPRÉSENTATION ·         Suivre les performances (CA, marges, KPIs) et proposer les plans d'action adaptés. ·         Représenter l'entreprise sur salons et événements professionnels. * Diplômé(e) d'une formation commerciale (Bac+3/5), vous possédez une belle expérience en développement international. * Vous êtes ISSU(E) D'UNE CDMO FULL SERVICE et maîtrisez les enjeux liés au développement de gammes beauté. * Profil 100 % CHASSEUR, capable de partir d'une feuille blanche. * Vous disposez d'un RÉSEAU ACTIF DE BEAUTY RETAILERS, en France ou à l'international. * Vous maîtrisez la négociation, la communication et la prise de parole. * Esprit entrepreneurial, autonome, réactif, AVEC UN VRAI GOÛT DU CHALLENGE.
