En tant que FP&A Commercial Manager, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes : * Préparer et analyser les reportings financiers (P&L, indicateurs de performance, suivi du BFR) * Assurer les clôtures mensuelles et la fiabilité des données financières * Réaliser des analyses de variance et des réconciliations sur les ventes et les coûts par pays et segment * Piloter les processus budgétaires et de prévisions pour les revenus, marges et KPIs commerciaux * Suivre les écarts entre budgets et réels, proposer des actions correctives * Identifier et mettre en oeuvre des initiatives d'optimisation des processus financiers et des outils de reporting * Agir en véritable business partner auprès des équipes commerciales et marketing pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques * Encadrer et développer une équipe d'analystes financiers La rémunération et les avantages sur ce poste sont : * Une rémunération compétitive par rapport au marché * Un environnement international stimulant et multiculturel * Des outils et projets innovants favorisant l'autonomie et la montée en compétences * Une politique de développement professionnel et de formation continueLe profil recherché : * Diplôme supérieur en finance, économie ou équivalent * Expérience confirmée en contrôle financier et FP&A, avec une exposition internationale * Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires * Anglais courant/bilingue * Maîtrise des outils financiers (ERP, Power BI, Excel avancé) * Excellentes compétences analytiques et communicationnelles
