MaMa recrute pour son client, Société Leader dans le domaine de la santé, un FP&A MANAGER - F/H. Rattaché(e) à la Direction Financière France, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la structuration et la simplification du pilotage financier au sein d'un environnement en transformation. Vos missions principales : - Pilotage financier et reporting : - Harmoniser et fiabiliser les reportings financiers existants. - Consolider les données issues de multiples sources et assurer leur cohérence. - Produire les analyses financières (P&L, forecasts, budget, rolling forecast, analyses ad hoc). - Simplifier les outils et process de suivi afin de fournir des reportings clairs et exploitables. - Amélioration continue & structuration : - Mettre à plat les fichiers et outils de reporting pour les rendre plus simples et efficaces. - Proposer des méthodes d'automatisation et de simplification du processus FP&A. - Être un partenaire de confiance pour la DAF France, en accompagnant la prise de décision. - Collaboration transversale : - Travailler étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles et les directions métiers. - Participer à la diffusion d'une culture financière rigoureuse et pragmatique.- Formation supérieure en finance (école de commerce, université, CCA). - 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en FP&A, contrôle de gestion ou business analysis. - Solide maîtrise d'Excel et des outils de BI (Power BI, Power Query). - Anglais courant souhaité. - Forte capacité d'analyse et esprit de synthèse. - Rigueur, curiosité et capacité à rendre simples des sujets complexes. - Esprit collaboratif et aisance relationnelle.
