Within the framework of strategic expansion, we are recruiting for our Bureau Veritas Certification division, a permanent contract QHSE & Digital Market Leader.

Reporting to the Global Certification Director, you will join a high-performing team based in Courbevoie, France. You will interact primarily with our international clients and certification stakeholders across multiple industries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO ON A DAILY BASIS

Your mission is to lead the strategic development and global expansion of Bureau Veritas QHSE & Digital certification services portfolio while positioning the company as the industry leader. Your role is essential to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge in certification markets.

You will:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to maintain the Groups leadership in QHSE certification markets while driving expansion in digital certification domains (Information Security, Artificial Intelligence)
- Create and launch new market-driven certification offerings from business planning to full implementation, including building Internal Competence Centers and training auditor networks
- Lead and animate a global network of certification leaders to drive collaboration, knowledge transfer, and best practice sharing across regions
- Influence strategic discussions with key stakeholders to develop new projects and improve existing sales and operational certification processes
- Establish strategic relationships with international certification scheme owners to build business plans aligned with group growth targets
- Develop compelling sales and marketing materials (webinars, white papers, sales tools) in coordination with the marketing team to promote QHSE & Digital certification services globally

PROFILE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Do you have extensive experience in certification and digital domains? This will allow you to master emerging technologies while understanding global market dynamics.

Do you have strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities? You will know how to translate market insights into actionable business plans and influence without direct authority.

Do you have a customer-oriented mindset with commercial awareness? You will know how to develop relationships and drive business growth in international markets.

Do you have adaptability and innovation skills? You will be able to navigate emerging certification markets and implement new business strategies.

Are you rigorous and detail-oriented? You will guarantee the quality of strategic initiatives and respect international standards.

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Science, or related field (MBA preferred), you have at least 10 years of experience with demonstrated exposure to both Certification and either Information Security or Artificial Intelligence.
