Dans le cadre de sa croissance internationale, Digital Virgo (400 M€ de chiffre d'affaires, 50 filiales dans le monde) recrute un.e Contrôleur.se Financier.ère International.e, basé.e à Lyon. Un poste qui permet de traiter une vaste palette de sujets touchant au fonctionnement d'une entreprise. Votre rôle : Rattaché.e à la Direction Financière Groupe, vous serez l'interlocuteur.trice privilégié.e des filiales situées en Amérique, Europe et Asie. Véritable partenaire des directions financières locales, vous interviendrez sur un large périmètre stratégique et opérationnel. Vos missions principales : - Analyse du reporting mensuel - Suivi des business models et des flux économiques intragroupe - Supervision de la trésorerie, des financements et des paiements internationaux - Pilotage du recouvrement des créances - Renforcement du contrôle interne - Suivi de la politique fiscale (prix de transfert, retenues à la source, TVA) - Lien permanent entre le siège et les équipes comptables et financières locales - Créations de filiales, restructurations, opérations de croissance externe et partenariats - Participation à la mise en oeuvre de nouveaux systèmes d'information comptable et financière Groupe - Revue et validation des contrats clés.Profil recherché : - Formation Bac +5 en comptabilité, contrôle de gestion ou fiscalité. - Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) dans un groupe international ou en audit, sur des fonctions similaires. - Maîtrise courante de l'anglais, la pratique de l'espagnol serait un plus. - Diplomatie, sens du relationnel et capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs multiculturels. - Mobilité internationale : des déplacements réguliers sont à prévoir.
