**Greenvolt is seeking a Financial Controller** who will play a crucial role in managing the financial health and strategic direction of our organization. The Financial Controller will oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. This position will require a strong leader capable of driving financial performance and guiding our financial strategy to support overall business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, monitor, and report on budget performance; identify variance and provide analysis to facilitate management decision making.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, providing insights on revenue streams and cost control measures.
- Ensure robust internal controls are in place and reviewed periodically to mitigate financial risks.
- Support audits, both internal and external, by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master’s degree or professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial management role, preferably in the renewable energy sector or similar industries.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance with international financial standards.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership and ability to manage staff development effectively.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills will be an advantage.
