Assistant Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of contact for executives, employees, and clients.
- Manage information flow and schedule meetings and travel for executives.
- Maintain office supplies and format communication materials.
- Organize office files and ensure efficient document management.
- Fluency in English and French is required; Russian or other languages is a plus.
- Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams.
- Good conversational skills.
- Organized and charismatic.
- A driver's license is preferred.
