VOTRE ROLE

Assurer le pilotage, la structuration et la mise en oeuvre des projets marketing stratégiques de la Direction Commerce & Marketing, en garantissant l'alignement des parties prenantes, la qualité des livrables et la visibilité auprès du top management.

Partenariats clients & programmes stratégiques (40%)

- Partenariats stratégiques / Avec les Vertical Managers, engager le réseau, suivre la pipeline, industrialiser l'approche et la gouvernance, formalisation des retours d'expériences et success stories (top management, COMEX)
- Shipping & Group Executive Sponsorship Program / Revue annuelle des 70 clients, nomination des sponsors, gestion de la campagne annuelle (lancement, suivi, revue et animation) en lien avec CEVA, mise en place de revues trimestrielles avec la communauté sales et coordination des revues sponsors/clients (Comex CMA CGM et CEVA & VP lignes)

Plan d'action budget annuel (10%)

Pilotage de l'ensemble du process : retroplanning, coordination des ateliers d'alignement notamment entre lignes et sales, formalisation des résultats en vue de l'évènement annuel (incl. +700 pers.) comprenant les stratégies par verticale de marché et la vue consolidée du budget sur le scope commercial global (en coordination avec le Market intelligence, VM et Commercial Management), préparation et coaching pour les pitchs.

Projets marketing transverses & PMO global (50%)

- Organisation & structuration
- Cartographier et engager les référents marketing du réseau (régions, agences, filiales)
- Accompagner l'adoption des nouveaux process marketing (supports, FAQ, webinars)
- Concevoir, produire et animer le plan de communication interne (sujets récurrents & hot topics) en coordination avec le marketing opérationnel. Canaux : SharePoint, MySociabble, newsletters internes, Teams, réunions d'engagement
- Événementiel & prises de parole

Organiser (gestion de projet, RACI) et créer des contenus (talking points, supports de présentation) pour les temps forts internes & externes :

- Evenèments internes, type séminaires (ex 2025 : CEVA, intermodal, RO)
- Prise de paroles CCO, VM lors de salons type TPM, Xeneta
- Evènements clients : Decarb in Motion & autres events majeurs avec visibilité comex ou n-1
