**Mission**:
Transversal Project Management Intern in GEN Process Excellence Department responsible for supporting transversal process improvements and projects. You will partner and support transformation project implementation, communication and change management with all key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
**Projects**: Contributing & supporting business projects which are transversal in nature with positive impact

**Continuous Improvement**: Support continuous improvement initiatives with the participation from other teams.

**Support Change management**: Prepare & support Business Process Management Network for project deployment and change management.

**Profile and skills**:
Currently in Master 2 specializing in Business Administration or International Business.

Ideally, a first experience in maritime transport

Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Computer Literate (Office Packages)

Effective communication skills

Exposure in project management. Ability to coordinate projects, meet deadlines and anticipate and minimize risks.

Meeting facilitation and writing skills

Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data
