We are currently recruiting for our Paris office, an Intern Junior Business Strategist H/F
- You will play a key business role in the Kayrros organization by:
- Participating in per-sales efforts, go-to-market strategy definition and execution
- Keeping track of trends in Finance & Environment markets to identify and develop new product concepts
- Engaging in project delivery and client management
You will assist a VP and a Product Manager in his/her day-to-day job and support him/her by:
- Designing strategic reports, building competitive and sectoral analyses
- Ideating, designing and improving our products for asset managers, hedge funds and banks
- Leading business development initiatives (sales toolkit and materials, client demos, commercial proposals)
- Working on strategic client projects (meetings and workshops preparation, delivery, customer relation management)
As a Business Strategist, you will gain exposure to various aspects of the enterprise business (product, marketing, sales, strategy…) while benefiting from a market-facing position.
What we are ideally looking for:
This is an ideal opportunity if you are looking for a six-month internship starting between September and November 2024, and you want to join a fast-growing start-up.
We need a highly organized and detail-oriented, high achiever who can help hold the organization to account whilst building solid and authentic relationships with the team and our sophisticated clients.
- A first internship in a challenging environment (fast growing start-up, top-tier management consulting, investment banking or private equity) with broad cross-functional responsibilities covering strategy, corporate development, product, and operations is required
- Excellent communication & relationship builder
- You have very strong problem solving and analytical skills: proven ability to break problems down into components and propose elegant solutions
- Results-driven and outspoken critical thinker

Recruitment process
The recruitment process is usually composed of:
- A first HR phone interview (15mn)
- An interview (1h) with a Product Manager
- A final interview (1h) with the Chief Product Officer and HR
