Nous recrutons un Chef de Projet Technique en Intégration Photonique pour un centre R&D spécialisé dans le développement de circuits intégrés photoniques (PIC avec SiNx) destinés à des secteurs technologiques de pointe : communications terrestres et spatiales, technologies quantiques, LiDAR et biocapteurs. Leur expertise réside dans la commercialisation de la technologie à base de silicium/nitrure. Principales responsabilités du Chef de Projet Technique - Intégration Photonique : Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets d'ingénierie, depuis la conception jusqu'à la mise en uvre de procédés et modules spécifiques aux clients. Planifier et coordonner les activités projets, en mobilisant les ressources techniques et expertises nécessaires. Conduire les projets dans les délais impartis, en appliquant une méthodologie rigoureuse de résolution de problèmes et en développant des solutions face aux risques ou difficultés. Anticiper et gérer les risques techniques et opérationnels, en définissant des stratégies de mitigation pour garantir une livraison fiable et robuste. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes technologie, opérations, assurance qualité ainsi qu'avec les partenaires externes, afin d'assurer une intégration fluide des nouveaux procédés. Être moteur d'amélioration continue en identifiant des opportunités d'optimisation en termes d'efficacité, de scalabilité et de fiabilité. Un chef de projet technique capable de comprendre la photonique intégrée, de gérer la relation client et de garantir la livraison de solutions adaptées. N/C Master ou Doctorat en physique, photonique/semiconducteurs ou domaine équivalent. Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets dans l'industrie des semiconducteurs. Solide compréhension des procédés de fabrication des semiconducteurs ; une familiarité avec la photonique sur silicium ou les matériaux semiconducteurs III-V est un plus. Expérience en environnement Fab, incluant l'intégration de procédés. Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets complexes de développement technologique, de la conception à l'industrialisation. Maîtrise de l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
