We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager specialised in Vanities / Peg boards to join our Asian team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Furniture Manufacturing Industry. This is a fulltime contractor position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

You will join a sales team located in Asia and take responsibility for our sales activities in Western Europe and (possibly) Northern Europe.

Position: Regional Sales/ Product Manager in Vanities / Peg boards

Location: Spain / Portugal / Italy / France /UK (Work from Home)

Employment type: Fulltime / Contractor / Freelance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Detect new potential partners help them improve their skills so that they can be part of our core sales network.
  • Responsible for expanding and retaining enterprise accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service.
  • Report the objectives actions taken and results obtained to your hierarchy.
  • Responsible for identifying and qualifying longterm and shortterm business opportunities and proactively identifying and addressing competitive threats.
  • Prepares formal proposals and presentations presents to all levels of the organization including executives leads negotiations coordinates complex decisionmaking processes and overcomes objectives to closure and closes sales in a professional and effective manner.
  • Responsible for significant key partner relationship management and development. Facilitate executivelevel relationships between the customer and its partners including facilitating communication on strategic and tactical issues and maintaining continuity.
  • Research and develop lists of potential customers within an organization; regularly followup on leads and developing leads and act to close deals.
  • Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service; understanding the strategies goals and objectives of named accounts.
  • Assume a leadership role in coordinating account strategy and tactics for sales support team (Systems Engineering Sales Operations Services Sales Management).
  • Develops strategy for sustained management and success of business and coordinates resources to ensure goals are met.
  • The position has a strong international dimension with clients in all countries of Europe.
  • Primary pointofcontact for named enterprise account/(s). Maintains contact with account at a high executive level focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in English language of residential country both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Prior experience in Sales/ Furniture Industry Vanities /Peg Boards for at least 3 years.
  • Understanding of Composite Products Wood related ( Plywood OSB Gyproc Chipboard MDF)
  • Selfmotivated gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service.
  • Problem solving abilities strong logical analytics.
  • Ability to multitask handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and as a part of the team.
