**Your Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join DocuWare. The RSM (M/F/d) will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key channel partners to drive sales and increase market share in France.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You identify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with other Regional Sales Directors and Channel Managers.
- You develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and resellers.
- You collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies.
- You monitor channel partner performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
- You develop and execute channel partner sales training programs.
- You attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
- You work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure that channel partners have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- You are expected to meet or exceed sales quotas and other performance metrics.
- Your role requires travelling on site to partners and customers
- Your strong technical aptitude is valuable.
- You are responsible for exercising judgment and decision-making skills.
- Your excellent time management skills are essential.
- You have a strong ability to meet deadlines.
**What you need to succeed**:
- You bring an ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- You have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- You bring several years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the software industry.
- You have a proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships.
- You bring the flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within France.
- You have experience with sales training and enablement programs.
- You have excellent French and English communication skills.
