**Day in the life of Regional Sales Manager - France**:
**Responsibilities**:
Achieving annual sales objectives
Managing a team of Distribution Account Managers/Technical Sales managers.
Participating in strategic planning for the region
Drive operational efficiencies and high performance through the use of the Fortive Business Systems tools
Use daily management to track performance and drive actions
Track competition moves and provide market intelligence updates

**Your Team**:
The EMEA Routine & Maintenance Sales function is made up of a diverse team of more than 50 highly skilled and highly engaged associates from all the EMEA region, with more than 120 countries. The team is spread across multiple offices in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia. The team shares common values on high performance, setting high expectations, work ethics, compliance and integrity, knowledge sharing among the regions, and helping each other out to achieve the EMEA goals. Experience:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field, such as Engineering or Physics
Experience in Key Account Management

**Minimum of**:
5 years of experience in the Electrical Market, the Wholesale market
5 years of experience in People Management
5 years’ experience in Channel Management, including Value Added Resellers and Electrical/Industrial wholesalers

People leadership skills
Analytical mindset, and data driven decision making skills
Able to manage priorities and time efficiently
