Context
Our client is completing a successful Separation Program (carve out scenario), which includes for HR the management of exit TSA's (Transition Service Agreement).
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7 years project management experience
- HR expertise, specifically Payroll and Time Management integration
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English and French language skills
Your mission
- Conduct a comprehensive mapping of the existing local Time Management systems, including physical time clocks and contracts.
- Develop and oversee System Integration tests, and coordinate with local contacts to ensure a smooth interface with our future Payroll system.
- Actively participate in the exit TSA project with Alight/Strada to ensure alignment of actions and timelines.
- Provide overall coordination with related separation projects, such as SuccessFactors and ERP
