Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client, un groupe international dans le secteur des services, un Payroll Manager H/F.Les principales responsabilités du Payroll Manager H/F, sont les suivantes : * Accompagnement de la transformation RH du groupe et de la création d'un CSP ; * Assurer une veille sociale (évolutions et obligations sociales applicables au groupe) * Gérer le processus de paie (contrôle des opérations, relations avec les organismes sociaux, établissement des déclarations, ...) ; * Gérer les processus d'administration du personnel (standardisation, interface avec la paie, ...) ; * Contrôle de gestion sociale (tableaux de bord, suivi de la masse salariale, ...) ; * Communication auprès des salariés ; * Accompagnement des projets (SIRH, études et stratégie de rémunération, ...)
Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en gestion du personnel, comptabilité ou paie, vous justifiez d'un minimum de 5 années d'expérience dans le domaine de la gestion administrative en SIRH et paie.Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre dynamisme. Vous savez également faire preuve d'un sens aigu de la confidentialité. Vous avez une expérience à l'international et maitrisez l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral.Vous êtes doté(e) de bonnes capacités de communication vous permettant d'interagir avec une grande variété d'interlocuteurs.Enfin, si vous avez le goût du travail en équipe, postulez à l'annonce Payroll Manager H/F basé à Paris 8.
