1001 Vies Habitat is a prominent organization in the social housing sector in France, employing around 1,000 professionals. Our objective is to deliver housing solutions and support services to individuals residing in the 86 properties under our management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a designated portfolio of payrolls
- Engage in collaborative projects associated with payroll functions
- Assist the payroll supervisor in managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling declarations related to social and tax obligations
- Support the payroll supervisor in guiding employees through technical, legal, and regulatory changes affecting payroll
- Lead the team during the absence of the service head
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in comparable positions
- In-depth understanding of labor regulations and payroll management
- Proficient in Excel
- Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and proactive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing teams
