The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work. The Group Ceded Reinsurance department, part of the Group Underwriting Office at GIE AXA,  has the following missions:Define the reinsurance strategy for the AXA Group.Analyze the risks of the covered portfolios.Protect the balance sheet of the Group's entities.Secure the insurance operations of the Group's subsidiaries.Implement solutions that optimize the Group's internal capacities and risk transfers to external markets.Within the Group Ceded Re, you will join the Operations department in charge of the support AXA Group Underwriting activities from placement, claims to technical accounting. Within this Department, you will be part of the team Underwriting Coordination & Quality Management (UCQM) in charge to assist the Reinsurance underwriters during the renewal period, ensuring data quality, control on processes’ compliance and delivering best in class IT solutions.  YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES: The job holder supports the underwriting teams on cross-functional missions related to the placement of reinsurance treaties. He / She is responsible for key processes necessary for the smooth operation of activities. He / She takes an active part in working groups established for cross-functional projects with a focus on seeking simplification opportunities.
