Join us - **The Mission** You'll be part of the Reinsurance Team Lead within the Capital & Reinsurance Office, your main objective will be to contribute to the optimization of the reinsurance structure performance through the following missions: - Get in charge of a book of treaties including: Making regular assessment of the performance (quarterly closure, budget, forecast ad 'hoc exercise). - Secure the treaty placement through regular communication (webinar, committee, etc.) of the performance to the reinsurer and improved renewal submission package. - Ensure adequacy between the treaties and the new partnerships. - Get in charge of a book of reinsurers including: Making sure the reinsurers get all necessary information to support Wakam. - Gather informations and expectations of the reinsurers to support discussion on the placement strategy. - Get in charge of a set of reinsurance processes making sure they are secured, timely managed and continuously improving. As a member of the reinsurance team, you'll have regular interactions with the business partner teams such as the Underwriting, the Finance, the Revenue, etc. You have strong skills in reinsurance, and particularly an experience of reinsurance business underwriting and portfolio management.
