As a " L&H Administration Process analyst & DMS Product Owner”, your role is to: - In coordination with local stakeholders, actively work on process efficiency / harmonization Collect and maintain a common list of activities for L&H administration Assess Pain Points and propose process enhancements, automation & harmonization Ensure controls are correctly described and periodically monitored Build and maintain a proper process documentation - Act as a DMS product owner: Communication with stakeholders & Scrum team - Collect user needs and feedback. - Understand and formalize business requirements in User Stories. - Presenting finished work to end users. - Communicate the Product vision and roadmap. - Provide documentation/ training for change management (Release Note, User presentation, demonstration) Backlog management: - Create backlog items with detailed information (clear need, testing etc ) &prioritization according to business value and effort - Execute & coordinate testing **Experience** - Experience with Agile methodology - Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration / operations in the insurance / reinsurance industry or as a consultant / Auditor working in insurance / reinsurance industryEnglish (written and spoken) **Personal Competences**: You were able to acquire the following skills: - Basic insurance and reinsurance knowledge and eagerness to deepen expertise - Advanced MS Office skills (focus on MS Excel) - Advanced communication and team collaboration skills - Sense of reliability and responsibility **Required Education** Master degree or equivalent in business administration or engineering Working at SCOR means engaging with some of the best minds in the industry - actuaries, data scientists, underwriters, risk modelers, engineers, and many others - as we work together to find solutions to pressing challenges facing societies.
