Adomik ingests and processes terabytes of advertising data from hundreds of publishers worldwide. We aim to help them manage and grow their advertising revenue in the highly complex ad tech ecosystem through analytical tools and AI-based actionable insights.
As a product manager on the Adomik product team, you are an expert on the advertising programmatic market and how to optimize publishers' advertising revenue. You manage the evolution of the product to grow the satisfaction of our customers and Adomik Business.
Mission
- Build the next publishers’ advertising management products, with a specific focus on new market segments for Adomik, video advertising / CTV in particular.
- Develop and share with other Adomikers a strong knowledge of Video advertising / CTV
- Develop product vision, strategy, requirements, and roadmap, especially around Video Advertising / CTV
- Take responsibility for the right product / right time
- Coordinate with Sales, Client management, Development, Quality Assurance, and marketing teams to ensure product success
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the product strategy and positioning per the company vision. Make recommendations to expand the product base and vision and to evolve the strategy and processes for collecting and organizing data, with a specific focus on video advertising / CTV
- Define and prioritize new product “data management” requirements and features based on:
- Product strategy, business, and customer impact
- Deep understanding of customer issues & experience, collection, and analysis of feedback from customers - this requires gathering the “new data points” requests from Adomik customer
- Market trends and competition analyses
- Manage the development & testing of “end-user” data prototypes for new product features to validate “value creation” assumptions
- Produce product specifications aimed at the Adomik PO / developers for new features and coordinate with them during the development cycle
- Produce and maintain materials (Product sheet, FAQ, Knowledge Base articles etc.) that customers and other Adomik teams can leverage (for sales, marketing, client training, etc.)
- Track product usage and impact on customers and end-users
- Contribute with business and marketing teams to product pricing, collaterals, and release plan
- Create buy-in for the product vision and features both internally and with key external partners. Manage the sharing of information on data collection through all internal teams.
About you
- 2/3+ years of experience as a Product Manager on analytics or data-based products. Experience in the AdTech market is a +
- Innovative, creative, and passionate about product management
- Equal interest in technical, functional, and analytical issues
- Data-driven
- Analytical mind, synthesis skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Rigorous, curious
- Team spirit
- Excellent communication skills with customers and Tech teams
- Empathizes with the customer
- You can read technical API specifications and enjoy testing them.
- You are a swiss army knife comfortable working with Spreadsheets
- You can bootstrap a project with manual testing prior to find the best automatization process
- Fluent in English & French
