Join our product management team as a Product Manager, stepping into a pivotal role within a squad dedicated to achieving a key strategic objective for our company.
This is a unique opportunity to gain expertise in product management within a comprehensive and complex environment, where you'll quickly assume significant responsibilities and gain autonomy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Product Director to develop your squad’s strategy, aligning it with the company's objectives.
- Work closely with the Engineering Manager and Product Designer to translate objectives into feasible solutions, ensuring their effective implementation.
- Translate functional evolution needs into detailed product specifications with your team.
- Lead the product vision of an Agile squad
- Monitor project performance, communicate results to stakeholders, and propose necessary improvements.
- Coordinate development efforts with other departments in the company (marketing, copywriting, analytics, etc.) to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with the Product Director and other departments within the company regarding ongoing and upcoming projects, including objectives, timelines, and results.
**Qualifications**:
- With a Bachelor's to Master's degree (Engineering or Business School), you have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role such as Product Owner/Manager.
- You possess a good level of English, enabling regular communication with teams in the US.
- ** Agile**: You conceptualize and justify your team's iterations. You have a solid grasp of Agile development fundamentals.
- ** Startup-minded**: You can formulate hypotheses and validate them with mínimal effort solutions. You balance effort and impact to optimize team achievements.
- ** Organized**: You deliver plans within timelines, adjusting priorities when necessary.
- ** Persistent**: You solve complex problems in a changing environment with interconnected challenges.
- ** Detail-oriented**: You navigate through issues with a keen eye for important details.
- ** Data-driven**: You substantiate arguments and persuade with quantitative and qualitative data using an objective model, KPIs, hypotheses, and trust.
- ** Collaborative**: Cross-functional work with design, R&D, and other product stakeholders is seamless for you; you integrate their constraints while knowing how to prioritize them.

**Hiring process**:
- An initial Zoom conversation with Guillaume, Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min)
- A meeting with Julie Masson, Product Director (60 min).
- A practical exercise with the squad (60 min)
- A final interview with Gabrielle Gleysteen, Chief Product Officer, and Belinda Seauve, People Manager (60 min)
Upon your arrival, the People team and your new team will take care of organizing your first days.
