Customer Technical Support

Main Responsibilities
Distributor and dealer after sale service support:
- After sale service contract review and negotiation;
- Regular visit and communication for after sale service issue;
- Refund reconciliation;
After sale service center repair support:
- Service providers authentication and contract review, negotiation;
- Service repair TAT and Repair quality management;
- Service center repair related technician support;
- Service center compliance checking and measure;
Spare part:
- Responsible for overall spare parts business management;
- Samples management (receiving, package, delivery, etc);
Consumer issue support:
- Crisis and end user complain handling;
- Hotline issue support;
Requirements
- Be able to work under pressure and be target oriented;
- Good English and French, both written and spoken;
- Ability to work flexibly, effectively, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Positive and proactive approach to work;
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
- Adapts communication style and works effectively across multiple functions and sites;
- Has after sales service industry or operation management experience at least 1 year.
