Collaborons ensemble sur les projets industriels de demain Nous recherchons un Project Manager / Chef de Projet Industrialisation pour le compte de l'un de nos clients. Les missions en quelques mots : - Pilotez et animez l'équipe projet : définition des responsabilités, coordination transverse, priorisation des actions. - Contribuez au choix des moyens de production et des fournisseurs. - Établissez, suivez et mettez à jour le planning projet. - Êtes garant du respect des coûts, délais, qualité et risques. - Présentez les tableaux de bord d'avancement et reportings réguliers. - Coordonnez l'installation des moyens industriels et les plans de validation. - Suivez les essais, phases de mise au point et transferts en production. - Menez les échanges techniques avec le client (évolutions produit, process, coûts). - Proposez des actions d'amélioration continue sur les aspects sécurité, environnement, performance.Le profil idéal : - Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou expérience équivalente en environnement industriel. - Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets industriels / industrialisation. - Pratique professionnelle de l'anglais. - Maîtrise des outils informatiques (suite Office, ERP, outils de gestion de performance). - Solides compétences en gestion de projets, leadership, coordination transverse. - Rigueur, organisation, sens client et culture du résultat.
