Background information - Vall d'Hebron - Institut de Recerca (Barcelona) for the scientific direction. ERN-EuroBloodNet is developing a strategy around five main axes: - Facilitate "cross-border care" by identifying gaps in terms of diagnosis and treatment for these rare diseases, with the aim of allowing patients to move to where care exists - Promote the best care practice, in particular through recommendations and guidelines based on scientific evidence - Participate in education in rare haematological diseases, for specialists, general practitioners, patients and their families - Develop inter-professional consultation by sharing of expertise on difficult cases (telemedicine) - Develop research projects, in particular clinical trials with a European and/or international dimension APHP manages the overall coordination of the ERN, which has been receiving the continual support of the European Commission through successive Grants since 2017. In this context, we are looking for **an experienced EU Project manager** based in Paris (St Louis Hospital), capable of leading the delivery of the activities of the ERN. Main responsabilities: - Make sure project is executed according to project plan and deadlines are met ; track deliverables. - Create schedules and project timelines. - Support the team in identifying priorities and dependencies. - Lead the coordination of the delivery of all actions of the ERN, considering initial objectives and key performance indicators included in the Grant proposal. - When a problem is identified, take corrective actions. - Follow budget consumption, with the support of the Administrative and Financial Officer. - Evaluate and assess results of the project, with the support of the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of the ERN. - Present to Coordination team reports on progress as well as problems and proposed solutions. - Organise weekly internal meetings (Preparation of agenda and coordination of presentations, circulation of minutes, documentation of outcomes) - Organise and participate in meetings with external stakeholders ; Occasional travel in Europe will be required. - Represent the ERN EuroBloodNet in the ERN project Managers working Group (gathering project Managers from the 24 ERNs accross Europe). Experiences and Diploma **Required**: - University degree in area of Social sciences, Economics, or European Studies - Fluent (spoken and written) English and French. - Project Management experience and PM Certification - Experience in strategic planning and/or risk management - Excellent command of at least one Project Management tool, as well as Excel, Word, Teams, Zoom, PDF and Sharepoint. - Ability to cope with tight deadlines - Ability to work effectively with a dynamic team and to work independently - Critical thinking and problem solving **Welcome**: - Experience on management of EU funded projects (H2020, CHAFEA), if possible in projects your institution was coordinating. - Knowledge in Spanish will be considered a strong asset What we offer - Full time job (35h/week) - Fixed term contract - 12 months Renewable - Start date: As soon as possible - Workplace: Assistance Public - Hôpitaux de Paris, Hôpital Saint-Louis, Plateforme d’expertise maladies rares, 1, Avenue Claude Vellefaux, 75475 PARIS Cedex 10 - Possibility to work at home at least 2 days a week. - Salary will depend on experience and diplomas Type d'emploi : CDD Durée du contrat : 12 mois Salaire : 24 000,00€ à 36 000,00€ par an Avantages: - Horaires flexibles - Prise en charge du transport quotidien - RTT - Travail à domicile Programmation: - Du lundi au vendredi - Horaires flexibles Lieu du poste : Télétravail hybride (Saint-Louis (68))
