Researcher in recruitment / Executive Search (Talent Manager / Chargé(e) de Recrutement) – Financial Services Practice (CDI)

Position: Researcher / Executive Search (recruitment) – Financial Services Practice

(Retail Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Private Equity, ...)

In close collaboration with our consultants, you will work on mandates in France and internationally, and will be involved in:

- Defining the research strategy,

- Identifying target companies and potential candidates,

- First qualification/approach of potential candidates,

- Monitoring all projects, in coordination with the consultant(s) involved and the client (business development actions, sector knowledge through studies, economic monitoring, etc.).

You will benefit from a training period specific to our company, its environment, and its tools.

Profile required:

You have a good level of general culture, a strong interest in analysis and reflection. You are organized and rigorous, and demonstrate curiosity, ingenuity, and proactivity/reactivity.

You have a perfect level of French and English and want to evolve in an international environment.

You have perfect mastery of computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Office) and are familiar with the use of databases.

A first professional experience in HR/talent management in a company; or in consulting (recruitment, Strategy, or close Financial Services environments), or in an Executive Search firm is preferable.
