Taylor Hopkinson is in search of an Operations Director to join a leading international renewable energy company. This person will lead the company's business operations in France for the distributed generation projects.
Role-based in Lyon.
Role
- Develop and consolidate the local operations of the company in France
- Manage a local team of people, hire and train new members as well as make sure they achieve the target expected
- Technical and financial report to the Board as well as implement strategies to increase the P&L of the business in the Country
- Manage B2B agreements with local partners and clients, as well as keep long-term relationships with them
- Liaise with stakeholders across business and functional units, including banks, clients, local advisors and internal team
- Understand the local market and adapt the strategies to ensure the success of the business there
Requirements
- Economical, Business Administration or Technical degree
- Previous experience in the management of distributed generation projects from the development until the operation, ideally with experience in construction
- Team management skills
- Availability to travel throughout the Country when needed
- Fluency in French and English
